At present, RISC is supplied on CD together with printed comprehensive installation notes and user manual in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format. Access to our FREE Fax/E-mail Support Line is included and future major upgrades are available at reduced prices.
If your school is already a registered RISC user of an earlier version, you can upgrade to RISC v10. Upgrades are now only available as a download from our website. Acquiring RISC via download is simple and quick. Once your official school order for your RISC upgrade is received, step by step instructions will be faxed overnight to your school. Check the RISC Userlist on these pages to verify the version you have currently registered. Upgrade costs for RISC are outlined below:

From July 1, 2000, a Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies to all orders of RISC within Australia. The GST of 10% is in addition to your new RISC or Upgrade order. The product is shipped with a Tax Invoice which lists our Australian Business Number (ABN) and the total amount of GST owing. Schools must pay this GST component together with the price of the goods, but can claim back this GST component from the Australian Tax Office together with other claims monthly or quarterly.
